hi it's been 4 months since I had my C section.. I am having my periods 3rd day and the flow is heavy... is that a concern

A. Nothing to worry it happens sometimes so take good rest avoid any kind of physical exertion and eat an iron and calcium rich diet and drink atleast 2 litres of water in a day taue care
