Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Right now it's too early to go on. a low calorie diet you can avoid excessive weight gain by restricting foods like sugar, sweets. fried foods, junk foods Exercise daily for 45 minutes
