Q.

It's been 10 months after delivery ,still I have a big tummy pouch. Weight is reducing but tummy is still same not even a inch loss.What can I do to reduce it. Please give some suggestions.

A. Work out you can do if you do not want to go for extreme workout then you can try doing Surya Namaskar every day and you can do high knee jump that is also going to be very very helpful for you to reduce down onto your tummy area focus upon a particular area and do workout associated with that you can also do Kapal Bhati that helps a lot
