Q.

Hi, I had a normal delivery 10 months back. From then I am walking regularly and reducing my weight but my tummy is not reducing. After normal delivery i didnt prefer belt as i felt uncomfortable what I should do to reduce my tummy and look normal

A. Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy A gentle walk each day can help your body and your mind feel better. You could start with 5 minutes walking around your home. You might like to ask a physiotherapist at the hospital to give you some other good exercise ideas as you start to recover.
