Q.

it has been more than 6 months that I delivered. and still doing yoga also. but my tummy pouch is not reducing

A. is ur cycle started some times it start reducing as the cycle starts.. continue with yoga restrict the sugar and sweet intake.. avoid oily and spicy foods keep yourself well hydrated
