is there any exercises to bring back my tummy to normal after c section

A. Hi, you should concentrate on eating healthy food for the first three to four months instead of weight loss. you can start doing exercise after 6 month of delivery. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet.
