Q.
is that ok after 3 months of pregnancy I stopped drinking calcium and iron tablet..will it cause harm to me and my baby

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. it's totally fine even if you stop Calcium and Iron supplements you just need to concentrate to have more of proper nutritious diet intake and water intake to maintain good health
