is skipping a rope during periods harmful??

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. for first two days.. you should avoid all kinds of strenuous activity.. eat semi solid diet as khichdi dalia etc.. take proper rest. you can do walk.. take supplements regularly

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually I like it should be avoided it is always better my beat it will be late to overflow also so we have to avoid atleast minimum of initial 2 days it is not good so better avoidat least initial 2 days
