Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. yes no problem you can do after 6 months of normal delivery. there is no other way other than doing exercises for losing weight please do brisk walking and yoga also take diet less in fat and carbohydrate all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables will help
