is it safe to take mefatal-spas tablet for menstrual cramps while breastfeeding

A. yes its safe. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. good morning I would recommend that it will be better to try home remedies like hot fomentation on the private parts with a heating bag and keeping a pillow in between your legs instead of taking medicine during feeding
