meftal spas tablet for period cramps during breastfeeding is it ok to use this tablet plz.. reply me sir/madam

A. Yes yes it is hundred percent safe medicine to be taken during lactation or normal course of life you can take this medicine it’s not a problem also for your future reference I would save any basic medicine can be taken during breastfeeding
