is it possible to reduce tummy size after C section? is wearing belt help to reduce tummy?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. yes yes. avoid fatty foods. take fresh fruit and lots of water. exercise n yoga. avoid any new products. then see a specialist too. put aloe vera as that is f good oktry to lose weight with exercise. go sloey. to be tone up. work out like aerobic n gym are very effective. you can put aloe gel or olive oil to help make process better.
