Is it normal to start periods even though still breastfeeding exclusively? Will that impact milk production?

A. lot of people who are able to have the periods even if they are feeding the child does not mean that there will be an issue there is nothing to worry about in case the milk supply reduces you can always have Himalaya shatavari
