Q.

my baby is 4 months now and i just got my periods after delivery. I am exclusively breastfeeding him. is it normal to get periods while breastfeeding?

A. Yes, it's normal.. My menstrual cycle was restart from the second month of delivery instead of breastfeeding.

A. Yes you can have your period any time after you deliver it can be even after a month of your delivery and that’s hundred percent normal so need not worry about it if you’ve got your period but just watch out for initial six months they can be little abnormal so just take care of that
