I got my periods back within 45 days post my C section delivery. I'm exclusively breastfeeding my baby. Is it normal to get periods that early and will it hamper the breadt milk production?

A. Yes it happens with few women but you continue feeding the baby and if you feel your milk flow is decreasing then start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and drink enough liquids
