Q.

I delivery my child through c section on 11 March Now after 2 months of my child delivery I am having periods. she is exclusively on breastfeeding. is it normal to have periods?

A. It is totally normal to have periods at this stage so just maintain good healthy lifestyle and use proper contraception to avoid any chances of unwanted pregnancy. You can take contraceptive pills or injection

A. It's normal after delivery. It differs for every mum. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take one year to resume. It all depends on our body condition too. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly. Seems normal dear
