hi from past 2 weeks, breastmilk production has decreased and today period has started. My child is of 4 months, please suggest some way to have proper milk flow for my child. will periods have any impact on production of breastmilk

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. promolact capsules for improving breast milk is advisable yvh for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products in diet.
