#asktheexpert milk.supply.getting low during periods ? though exclusively breastfeeding why i am getting periods after 4 months of delivery

A. yes it happens because of hormonal changes, Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk . tc.

A. Hi mom Yes u can get periods even if u are breastfeeding. it is normal. Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to improve lactation. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. Take care and all the best
