Q.

#asktheexperts i am breastfeeding mother.i got periods after 8 months of giving birth. does getting periods means milk supply will be low in further months??

A. it is already 8 months naturally the milk supply will be less at present baby must be getting the calories from solids and semi solids you can continue breast milk to the baby

A. good evening having periods does not necessarily imply that you will have a low milk supply in case you do then I would recommend that for a couple of days you can have Himalaya shatavari powder
