Q.
Is it normal to have bone pain after c section. I had c section 7 weeks ago and I at times feel that my bones are paining. is it because of the weakness or any other serious disease

For this query ,it will be better to have a detailed clinical assessment as required so you should nbcontact your nearby doctor or pediatrician to get physical examination done for the proper diagnosis and then only proper treatment suggestions can be given .

you can start with some yoga use a support belt
start with calcium supplements
take care of your diet
take mama protinex or mother horlicks
