ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you can continue but you need to be Very careful about your diet.. take at least 1000-1200 Extra calories per day. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
