is it necessary to use sanitary pad after delivery even after bleeding has been stopped ?they says that u need use pad or cloths atleast for 3 months other wise gasses will pass through vaginal opening? is it so?

No it is not like that..
U need not keep pad after the bleeding has stopped.
So no need to worry.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care and all the best
