Is it healthy for a 7 months old baby to eat sugar and salt..??

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Please avoud it. well it's that Your baby’s salt requirement per day is less than 1 g per day and this is mostly met by the breastmilk or formula. So any extra salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load. This may lead to kidney disease and other unwanted issues. It's Better to avoid that 'ay lead to other issues.
