can I give salt and sugar to my 7 month old baby?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Yes in moderation can be given to the baby and for salt instead of sea salt you can give rock salt and jaggery powder or coconut sugar can be added to sweet meals

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello better to avoid salt and sugar in addition as bm or infant formula milk will itself have required salt content and additional salt can effect baby kidney and sugar 8n addition can cause botulism so it is better to avoid it till the baby complete one year
