give only breast milk.
Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month.
Burp properly after each feed.
avoid any self medication.

it can cause Infection
so it is best to avoid giving it.
just offer breasfeeding as and when it is required
burp your baby well after each feeding.
give Massage to your child everyday
