ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. not safe, and actually no need. You should feed only breast feeds as complete food to your baby for the first 6 months of life, than start complementary food. tc

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Gripe water is not recommended for babies younger than 12 month. The digestive tract is sensitive and still developing at this age. Most pediatricians will advise parents to try other methods of soothing a colicky baby before giving them gripe water.
