is gripe water good for 3month old baby?? my baby is having constipation and gas troubles.. so he cant even sleep properly .i am drinking lot of water for making breast milk thinner still baby is having difficulty .is there any remedy?

A. baby is 3 month Check if the baby is having any colic pain give colicaid drops as prescribed by your doctor feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding adequately maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
