ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not at all give gripe water to your 3 months old baby. They can cause infection to your baby. Some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Breast milk is easy to digest.
