Q.

is dcda twin pregnancy considered as high risk pregnancy. I have undergone cervical stitch at 16 week due to twin pregnancy my cervix length was 3.3 earlier now it's 3.7. I'm 24 weeks pregnant now. do I need to take complete bed rest till delivery?

A. If the length of the cervix is there more than 2.5 cm, then you need not worry. Usually twin pregnancy itself is considered as a high risk pregnancy. I don’t think there is need to have a complete bed rest.
