Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi time around 10 o' clock in morning is best. give sunlight right after bath which help to prevent cold and Cough. Always check water temperature with your hands first ,make sure it should not be too hot or too cold.
