in which month we should start expose baby to sunlight, please explain about it timing morning o eavning, duration.. way to carry baby, precautions to be taken??

Hello, your baby boy is 2 months old and if he doesn’t have any problem then don’t expose him to sunlight but if he has low vitamin d3 levels then you should expose him to mornings sunlight daily for 10/15 minutes and take care of his eyes from sun rays
