Q.

in order to make apple puree isit good to cook apple. will not lose any nutrients?

A. Hello..You can boil or steam both..but better to steam..Steaming keeps more of the nutrients in. steam the food in a little bit of water just until soft enough to puree. Also, use the water the food is cooked in if necessary during pureeing. This is important because a lot of vitamins and nutrients seep out into the water while cooking.
