iam nine month after. c section delivery and i have 2 fingure gap. diastesis recti.i have heavy back pain. plese help me out

Siri it is better that you take an advice with your gynaecologist on this she have to evaluate the situation in accordingly she can help with the right treatment that you need to follow for this or any medication is going to be beneficial so kindly consult you are treating doctor for that
