Q.

hi doctor. It's been 7 weeks since I delivered and it's normal delivery. can I start exercising? I've 1 finger gap diastesis recti. and my tummy looks very big like 5 months pregnant. please help me

A. avoid then for three months. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust hersee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. good evening I would recommend that you should try to avoid exercising for a couple of more weeks after your completely comfortable you can start by doing yoga on a daily basis it is a little bit light
