Q.

Iam mother of 2 months old baby.. Already i was under weight. But post delivery i have reduced a lot.. Really i look like patient.. Please suggest some food diat..

A. eat ghee, rice eggs paneer. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.
