Iam a mother of 2 year kid..my weight got increased ..I want to reduce my mummy belly and thigh fats..which shows my appearance very bad..require diet plan details

A. Hello dear parent, Uou should I m prove your lifestyle and your diet. Starteatinv good and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water. Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises. Good luck and take care
