How I can reduce belly fats after 2nd delivery

A. hi mom to reduce your tummy u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar diet do yoga aerobic zumba cycling etc

A. good evening I would recommend that you should wait for 3-4 months more and after that you can start exercising every day it is advisable to try to do Surya namaskar exercise to reduce belly fat till then just wear a belt
