A. hello mom no need to tension about ur little one hair just massage the sclape with pure coconut oil which is pure extra in oil filter store in local please try and get pure oil for massage 💖

A. can use only breastfeeding / milk is good enough to improve the hair growth in the child along with scalp madssage. you have to give only vitamin d supplements and any other supplements if needed will be added by the doctor. you can use any oil for scalp massage which is not causing allergy andd massage can be given to or three times per day
