I was gaining 25 kg during my pregnancy and after delivery it does not reduce kindly help me to reduce my weight

See the best way to reduce down the weight is workout and diet and if you’ve had a normal delivery then you can go for any good workout of your choice but diet you cannot do so things which are going to be healthy but will help in reducing your diet consult a diet for that
