Try to cut down on calories, thereby you will lose weight & swelling also comes down
You need to avoid sugar, sweets, junk & fried foods for atleast 6 to 8 months
take vegetables, fruits, salads. sprouts, milk, curd, egg whites.
also exercise daily to lose the weight & stay fit.
Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, It will go away on its own. It will take some more moths to go. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Do light exercise. Mainly concentrate on some face exercises. Thank you and have a good day.
