I want to start doing yoga can I do fearlessly as it is now 6 month completion of my c section

A. Whenever starting with any exercise or Yoga, you should always start with daily walking for a few days. And then with normal postures followed with complex and heavy workouts. Do not suddenly move on for heavy workout

A. Hello dear parent! Better to check with your doctor once. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice daily. Consult your doctor for further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow a healthy lifestyle
