can i start doing yoga after 10weeks of my c-section?

A. After delivery you should take rest for at least 3 months and then after that you can start with regular daily walking followed by mild exercise after a few days and then slowly move on for heavy workouts after 7 months

A. yes u can ..after 6 weeks it is advisable to start light excercise also
