Q.

I've been getting my periods since 6th month post lscs... but it's too heavy and unmanageable... is this normal?

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. periods may remain irregular till one year due to hormonal fluctuations. .... . . .

A. First six months sometimes it could be due to abnormal or irregular but after that it becomes normal but since you’re facing too much of an issue it would have been a better choice to consult your gynaecologist will help you regulating your periods with proper medication
