i showed to many pediatric for my son because he was having cold since from 2 months i was giving drops but still his cold is not at all going please suggest me anything or any Home remedies..im fed up since from last two months

A. crush some Tulsi, Mint leaves n take a small pice of garlic jinjhar black pepper without adding water when it is convert to liqvid then filter with the help of cotton cloth then add a pinch of hing n 1ml of pure honey mix well and try to 1weak for best result 3 time/day 1ml

A. 1. Warm ghee and add jaifal (crushed) to it and apply on ur baby's chest, neck and back 2. Warm ajwain and lehsun until black. Make a potli of it and gently give its warmth on his chest and keep it near ur baby at night so that he can smell it the whole night 3. If ur baby has chest congestion then you can give nebuliser. 4. Take one hankerchief or a piece of cotton and heat it using press and give its warmth to his chest, back and neck. 5. You can also give very small amount of tea in his milk. Hope all these will help your baby.

Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever ankud the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .
