Q.
last month my hometown pediatric suggested maxtra drops for cold and last week another pediatric recommended nilcold for cold at my place....i don't see nilcold being effective ...used along with erythromycin as combo.....can i replace maxtra ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and dcecongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
