Q.

I'm mother of 19 month old baby.... baby in fully depends on bm.no fm at all.now I want to reduce my weight.can do strict diet.can it harm my baby.she take very less food .nd more bm in full day.

A. yes you can.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. Once you stop feeding you can start diet n workouts..fi now have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice. These are few.
