As you are breastfeeding mother you cannot go on a really strict diet as it might lead to some deficiencies and effect the quality and supply of milk
Go for healthy eating pattern which would help u to loose weight and won’t effect milk supply and quality
Have small and frequent meals
Include protein or increase the intake of it as it helps to loose weight as well improve milk supply
Reduce ghee and oil rich food
Also reduce sugar intake in form of ladoos and halwa
Include more fiber by adding salad, vegetables, fruits, oats, daliya, bajra, ragi, jowar in the diet
Water 3l per day

But Why do you want to follow any strict diet you should eat properly till the time you’re breastfeeding your child and also once you quit breastfeeding exclusively to the child that would be seven months or eight months after that you should go for a normal diet not strict diet
