I'm in 2nd trimester 5th month running please suggest best food and excercise for baby health and is eating these fruits are ok or not elachi banana kiwi strawberry and dragon fruit

A. Hello mam throughout your pregnancy avoid Papaya and pineapple apart from this you can have any of the fruits as well for your overall growth and they are good source vitamins and minerals.
