I m 4 month pregnant , I m loose motion nd vomiting, m kya karu

A. Good to consult with your doctor for same. One thing you can though to help bulken up the stools is by having a brat diet - banana, rice, apple, sago kheer, khichdi, ors, coconut water.

A. hello dear u should definitely take medication only as prescribed by ur doctor as u r pregnant Foods like banana, apple, toast and rice are very effective when it comes to treating diarrhoea as these foods make the stools bulkier by helping it absorb more water u can ask ur doctor about isabgol
