I m mother of 17 months baby nd I m again pregnant... now wht should I do??

A. carry on. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. Hello mom Now you baby is more than one year old so you should definitely start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. You have to do yoga at least for next 40 minutes every morning to lose weight fast. Also cut the calories intake
